While this may be a simple way to price, it may ultimately be unfair to you. Contract Guardian prices based on the total scope of the contract management environment. We provide customized pricing for you that takes into account several key factors to ensure you receive the most fair price for your needs.

Contracting Policy

Thank you for your interest in doing business with Contract Guardian (CG). We look forward to working with you and your organization to provide a complete healthcare contract management system specifically designed to meet the demanding needs of your organization.

CG is designed for healthcare and has clients across all industries now leveraging the platform. The contracting and on-boarding process has been simplified and standardized to ensure the best overall value for our clients.

Engagements with CG begin with an order form indicating number of contracts, administrative users, standard users, and length of agreement. In signing the Order Form, the client agrees to our standard Software Licensing Agreement and standard Business Associate Agreement.

While we value each and every client's business in 44 states and 8 countries, addressing proposed agreement modifications is extremely time consuming and not cost effective for either organization. Therefore, CG Management has decided that CG will not address agreement changes unless the agreement is in excess of $5,000 p/month or as required by law from a US Governmental Agency.
